These terms apply to this website and to service discussions with Online Ads Ja. Specific project scope, payment terms, and deliverables are confirmed separately before work begins.

Services

Online Ads Ja provides advertising strategy, campaign setup and management, lead-capture support, WhatsApp flow support, tracking, and related services as agreed with each client.

Payments and campaign costs

Setup work begins after the agreed setup fee is paid. Advertising spend, third-party fees, add-ons, and work outside the agreed scope are separate unless expressly included in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate business information, lawful campaign materials, timely approvals, access to required accounts, lead follow-up, customer service, and closing sales.

Results

Advertising results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on factors including the offer, budget, market demand, competition, customer follow-up, platform decisions, and available campaign data.

Accounts and data

Clients retain ownership of their business accounts and customer data. Access granted to Online Ads Ja is used only to provide agreed services and may be removed when the engagement ends.

Third-party platforms

Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, and other platforms operate under their own terms and may change, restrict, or suspend their services. Online Ads Ja does not control those platform decisions.
